Your Homebuying Team
Working Alongside Your Realtor
The Academy prepares you to work confidently with your realtor. Your realtor remains an essential part of your homebuying team, helping you navigate property searches, offers, negotiations, and the purchase transaction.
Members referred by an agent continue working with their existing agent, who handles their actual home tours. Academy home-viewing education teaches what to observe and which questions to ask.
Mentorship is provided directly to you. Membership does not include routine progress reporting to realtors or lenders — you choose what to share with your homebuying team.
Graduation
Certificate of Completion
Members who complete the Academy’s learning and participation requirements receive a Next Chapter Homebuyer Academy Certificate of Completion — recognition of your learning and preparation for your next chapter.
The certificate recognizes Academy participation. It is not a guarantee of mortgage approval or a home purchase, and it is not a HUD-approved, lender-approved, or accredited credential.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can use the two-person membership?
Any two people who want to participate together. Marriage, a shared residence, or a shared home purchase is not required. Members may have different homeownership goals.
Is $65.99 per person?
No. $65.99 is the total monthly price for two named members, billed as one recurring payment.
Do we have separate logins?
No. The two-person membership uses one shared Academy account and primary email. Password resets and membership communications go to that email.
Can both members see information saved in the account?
Yes. Both members share access to the account and its contents. Enrollment requires acknowledgment of this shared access and permission to provide the second member’s information.
Loan approval, interest rates, down-payment assistance, and program eligibility are determined by the applicable lender and program providers. Participation in the Academy does not guarantee mortgage approval, funding, or homeownership.
